Overview
Welcome to Trichon Labs. These Terms apply to your use of trichonlabs.com and purchases from our store. “Trichon Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. For questions about these Terms or an order, email help@trichonlabs.com.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, and we use Shopify Payments to process payments. Your purchase is from Trichon Labs.
Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have appropriate authorization. Provide accurate order, payment, and delivery information. If you create an account, keep its credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
You may not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, or violate another person's rights.
Products, prices, and orders
Review the product description, quantity, price, shipping information, and applicable taxes before ordering. Available payment methods and the transaction currency appear at checkout. Promotional restrictions apply only as disclosed with the offer. Changes to future prices do not change an accepted order.
An automated receipt confirms that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailability, suspected fraud, a material listing error, or another lawful reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we promptly refund the amount paid for goods we will not supply. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
We aim to describe products accurately. Minor differences in screen color do not excuse supplying goods materially different from their description. Contact us if you believe a listing or order contains an error.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
We currently ship within the United States only. Our estimated shipping timeframe is 6–15 business days. Read our Shipping Policy for delivery details and delay handling.
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery for unopened, unused items. Email help@trichonlabs.com for instructions. Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, return shipping, and refunds. Rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods are not limited to that voluntary return offer.
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee a requested change once fulfillment is underway. Any cancellation rights provided by law remain available.
One-time purchases
We do not currently offer subscriptions, recurring memberships, or automatic replenishment. Placing an order does not authorize recurring charges.
Wellness use and fall safety
Our patches are an optional addition to a personal wellness routine. Individual responses vary, and you may notice no benefit. We do not guarantee improved balance, restored mobility, prevention of falls, or protection from injury. Feeling more confident does not establish that you are physically steadier or safer.
Do not reduce normal safety precautions, stop using prescribed mobility aids, or attempt risky activities or balance challenges because you are wearing a patch. Continue following professional advice, product instructions, and any warnings. Our Product & Website Disclaimer provides additional information.
Website content and customer submissions
Trichon Labs and the applicable rights holders retain their rights in protected website content. These Terms grant no permission to copy protected content for commercial use beyond what the law allows.
You retain ownership of content you submit. If you submit a review for publication, you allow us to display it with your selected display name and make formatting changes that preserve its meaning. We seek separate permission where needed to use customer images or videos in paid advertising. We do not restrict honest reviews or penalize customers merely for negative feedback.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Agreement to these Terms is not consent to optional advertising tracking or marketing. Third-party websites and optional services may have separate terms; using providers does not remove responsibilities the law places on us.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
Website information is general information, not individualized medical advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every customer will experience a particular result. Any express product warranty or guarantee must be honored as stated, along with mandatory consumer protections.
Falls and injuries remain possible while using our products. To the extent permitted by law, Trichon Labs is not liable for harm caused solely by ignoring clear safety instructions, undertaking unsafe activities, or unrelated hazards, except to the extent our conduct or a product defect contributed to that harm.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, and business losses arising from personal use of the store or products. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, defective products, personal injury, or any other liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing requires you to waive a valid non-waivable claim.
Complaints and changes
Email help@trichonlabs.com with questions or complaints. We will review the issue in good faith. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or disputing a charge with your payment provider.
Applicable law governs these Terms and any dispute. We do not select an exclusive court or require arbitration through these Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms for future transactions. Changes do not retroactively alter accepted orders or remove rights already acquired. We provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required.
