Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. To qualify for an ordinary change-of-mind return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with any original seals intact.

Opened or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or misdescribed goods, or any more favorable express guarantee that applied when you purchased.

Start a return by email

Email help@trichonlabs.com within the 30-day window with your order number and the items you want to return. No return portal or account is required.

We will reply with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send products to the address on the parcel unless we confirm that it accepts returns. Once you receive instructions, send eligible items back within 14 calendar days and retain proof of shipment.

Return shipping and charges

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law or the return results from our error. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If we supplied a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us before paying for return shipping. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable necessary return costs where required.

For a partial return, the refund is based on the price actually paid for the returned items, including their allocated share of any discount. We will not deduct an undisclosed penalty or charge more than the amount appropriately attributable to retained goods.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email us promptly with a description of the problem and your order number. Photos may help us understand the issue, if reasonably available. Stop using a product if you suspect a safety problem.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable law. The unopened/unused condition and the 30-day change-of-mind window do not shorten statutory rights. We do not require a faulty item to remain unopened to receive a legally required remedy.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we inspect it and email you the outcome. For an approved voluntary return, we issue the refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods. Any shorter deadline required by law takes precedence.

Refunds go to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Email help@trichonlabs.com if you need help checking a refund. We will not substitute store credit for a refund you are legally entitled to receive.

Exchanges and cancellations

For an exchange, contact us first so we can confirm availability and instructions. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an unshipped order. If cancellation is no longer possible, the return rules above apply, together with any rights provided by law.
